Tracy Federico

Director and Lead teacher of the 3’s and 4’s

Miss Tracy was a member of the Co-op for six years while her children attended the program. She has been the lead teacher and director of the co-op since 2008. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary and Special Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education from the University of Delaware.

Leah McGinninty

Assistant in the 4’s program

Miss Leah was a member of the Co-op for two years while her daughter attended the program. She has been the assistant in the 4’s program since 2008. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University.

AnnMarie Byrnes

Assistant in the 3’s program

Miss AnnMarie graduated from Villa Julie College with a degree in Early Childhood Education and went on to teach in Baltimore County for 12 years. Her own child went through the LTRC Co-Op Program, and she's thrilled to be one of the teachers now.

All of our instructors are certified in infant and child CPR as well as first aid.
